The site is located at Temple Farm in Roydon, within the Epping Forest District of Essex.

The site:

• Sits alongside existing residential development on the edge of Roydon
• Provides a logical and natural extension to the village
• Is well contained by established physical boundaries
• Is conveniently located close to Roydon Train Station

As the proposals progress, the project team will carry out a range of technical assessments, including:

• Access and transport
• Landscape and visual impact
• Ecology and biodiversity
• Drainage and flood risk
• Design and layout

Feedback from the local community and stakeholders will play an important role in shaping the proposals.
