The Proposals

Dandara is preparing proposals for new homes at Temple Farm, Roydon.

The proposals are expected to include:

• A mix of new homes, including affordable housing
• Public open space and green infrastructure
  Enhanced landscaping and biodiversity improvements
• New walking routes and connections through the site
• Sustainable drainage features
• Contributions towards local infrastructure and services through the planning process

The site is adjacent to existing development and represents a logical and natural extension to Roydon.

Dandara’s vision is to create a high-quality and sustainable development that responds positively to its surroundings while helping to meet local housing needs.

As the proposals continue to develop, technical assessments will be undertaken across a range of areas including transport, landscape, ecology, drainage and access.

Feedback received through the engagement process will help inform the evolution of the proposals ahead of any planning application being submitted
