Land to the north of Marks Tey Consultation

The consultation for feedback on development proposals from the local community and key stakeholders to inform the design evolution of this new residential neighbourhood at land north of Marks Tey has now closed.

We currently anticipate a planning submission by winter 2025/26, with a decision likely in summer 2026.
