The Site
The site is located on land south of Wainsford Road, to the north east of Everton in the New Forest.
- Sits adjacent to existing residential development on the edge of Everton
- Represents a logical extension to the existing village
- Well contained by established physical boundaries, including Wainsford Road to the north and the settlement boundary to the south and west.
- Has been identified as a potential development site in the Regulation 18 Local Plan by New Forest District Council.
As part of the ongoing work on the proposals, the project team will undertake assessments relating to:
- Access and transport
- Landscape and visual impact
- Ecology and biodiversity
- Drainage and flood risk
- Design and layout
Feedback from the local community and stakeholders will also help inform how the proposals evolve.
